When we decided to move, we knew of the difficulties involved in an international relocation. Our concerns about packing, documentation, storage, transport, and customs clearance were drastically reduced after we talked to you. Mr. Nilton provided accurate information about our container and its content. The potential problems were not diminished or suppressed. The packing team did a great job, filling up the container with efficiency and care. When the container arrived, it was within the informed parameters. The unpacking team was great as well.
