Here you will see a list of important documents to move to Brazil - import - or from Brazil - export:

 

UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE IMPORT - from abroad to Brazil:

BRAZILIAN OR RETURNING PERMANENT

• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF and RG.
• 01 (one) List of goods with values signed and with recognized firm - Indicate: Model, Brand, Serial Number of each electronics
• 01 (one) Declaration of Abroad Residency (template provided by Speedy Moving)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages)
• Original or authenticated copy of the Proof of Abroad Permanence for more than 1 (one) year and one day abroad. This document can be:
   * Permanence Declaration issued by the Brazilian Consulate, or;
   *Declaration from the abroad workplace with documents that prove your association with the company, or;
   *Paid bills on the last 12 months of residence (must present mingled bills, such as water with electricity, electricity with phone and cable, etc.), or;
   *Courses or school certificates, or;
   *Statements that can allege permanence (a previous consultation to check if the documents can be accepted must be made)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the airline tickets;
• 01 (one) Declaration about the list of goods (template provided by Speedy Moving);

FIRST ENTRY PERMANENT

• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF and RNE
• 01 (one) List of goods with values signed and with recognized firm - Indicate: Model, Brand, Serial Number of each electronics
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the airline tickets
• 01 (one) Declaration about the list of goods (template provided by Speedy Moving);

TEMPORARY

• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF and RNE
• 01 (one) List of goods with values signed and with recognized firm - Indicate: Model, Brand, Serial Number of each electronics
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the airline tickets;
• 01 (one) Declaration about the list of goods (template provided by Speedy Moving);
• 01 (one) authenticated copy of the section of the Union Official Journal where the traveler’s temporary visa is authorized.

UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE EXPORT - from Brazil to abroad:

BRAZILIAN OR PERMANENT

• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF and RNE
• List of goods with values in US$ (quantify by unit and global value of the item; for equipments, include brand, model, and serial number)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the airline ticket;
• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)

Notes
For paintings, sculptures, and other types of works of art, an export authorization from IPHAN (Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional - National Institute of the Historical and Artistic Heritage) must be obtained. IPHAN’s website: www.iphan.gov.br
The Federal Revenue Office may demand the presentation of visa in the passport or another equivalent document proving the permission of entry on the passenger’s country of destination.

TEMPORARY AND OFFICIAL

• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages).
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF and RNE
• Order of temporary admission with valid time period (so that we can settle after the re-export. If there isn’t one, the declaration of failure to sign the Term of Responsibility must be signed).
• List of goods of the entry in import (if there is no Term of Responsibility).
• List of goods with values in US$ (quantify by unit and global value of the item; for equipments, include brand, model, and serial number)
• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the airline ticket.

Notes
Re-export: the re-export of goods must be made within the expiration of the temporary admission deadline (if the traveler’s temporary admission is expired, but they have a valid stay in the country, we can request the extension of the expiration date).
For paintings, sculptures, and other types of works of art, an export authorization from IPHAN (Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional - National Institute of the Historical and Artistic Heritage) must be obtained. IPHAN’s website: www.iphan.gov.br.

TOURIST

• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the full passport (including blank pages).
• List of goods with values in US$ and R$ (qualify each item by unit and global value)
• Authenticated copy of the airline ticket or equivalent of departure from Brazil
• 02 (two) authenticated copies of the CPF
• 02 (two) copies of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm (template provided by Speedy Moving)

Notes
Quantity and quality of the tourist’s baggage must be compatible to their length of stay in the country.

DIPLOMAT

• 03 (three) copies of the DSE filled out and stamped by the MRE (Ministério das Relações Exteriores - Foreign Relations Ministry)
• 01 (one) copy authenticated or stamped by the consulate of the passport (including blank pages)
• 03 (three) copies of the supplementary page of the DSE with the goods with values in US$ (quantify by unit and global value of each item)
• 01 (one) copy authenticated or stamped by the consulate of the airline ticket
• 01 (one) copy authenticated or stamped by the consulate of the ID of the MRE
• 01 (one) copy authenticated or stamped by the consulate (if there is one)
• 01 (one) copy of the completed Power of Attorney, signed and with recognized firm by the MRE template provided by Speedy Log).
